Earth Got the Blues is a 4 piece band from Nantucket that performs all genres of Blues from the late 40's to the early 50's. Influences include Little Walter Jacobs, Big Walter Horton, Willie Dixon, Sonny Boy Williamson, Jimmy Reed, T-Bone Walker, BB King, Freddie King, Lowell Fulson, Muddy Waters, Grant Green, Stanley Turrentine, Dexter Gordon, Sonny Stitt and many others.
This is a golden era of music that is rarely heard these days except in it's collosal influence on all modern music. It is Earth Got the Blues' mission to perform this truly American music in an authentic fashion.
